You may use this website to learn about Meerut.ai and submit a genuine business enquiry. Please do not misuse the website, try to disrupt it, or submit information you are not authorised to share.
Website content describes possible services and examples. It is not a promise of a particular result, lead volume, revenue increase, platform approval, or response time for every business.
Project scope comes first
- A Loop Enquiry or discovery call does not create a service contract.
- Before work begins, we will confirm the workflows, systems, approval gates, delivery items, responsibilities, timeline, support period, and any project-specific terms in writing.
- New ideas or changes outside that agreed scope may need a separate written change request.
Your responsibilities
- Provide accurate information and only grant access to systems, accounts, data, and contact lists that you are authorised to use.
- Keep your own business rules, offers, customer communications, and legal obligations up to date.
- Review items placed in an approval queue. You remain responsible for the final decision on messages, quotes, appointments, eligibility advice, and other sensitive actions.
AI and third-party platforms
AI can help organise information and prepare drafts, but it can be incomplete or incorrect. Meerut.ai builds guardrails and human approvals; it does not replace professional, medical, legal, financial, or other specialist judgment.
WhatsApp, phone providers, CRMs, advertising platforms, and other connected tools are operated by third parties. Their availability, policy decisions, account limits, and charges are outside Meerut.ai's direct control and may affect a workflow.
Ownership and support
Ownership, access, reuse rights, documentation, and handover for each workflow are set out in the applicable written scope. We may reuse general know-how and non-confidential building blocks, but we do not reuse your confidential business information for another client.
Support and optimisation are provided only for the period and level described in the agreed proposal or service agreement.
Questions or changes
We may update these website terms as the service evolves. For an active client project, the agreed written scope takes priority where it specifically differs from these general website terms.
